The app shows a gold pin on the map near you. That pin means real money is hidden somewhere close — like $25, $100, or more.
Tap the pin and you get a riddle about where the money is. Think it through — you have to answer right before the map takes you there.

Yes. Hunting is free. Sponsors — local shops and brands — put up the prize money to bring hunters to their locations. Some special hunts have an optional paid entry, but every one of those also has a free way to enter (called an AMOE), so you never have to pay to compete for a prize.
Captured cash lands in your CashCaptre™ wallet as Winnings. If you're 18+, verify your ID once and cash out to PayPal, Venmo, or your bank. If you're 13–17, your Winnings are held for you until you turn 18 — you still see them, they're still yours.
