This Privacy Policy explains how CashCaptre LLC ("CashCaptre," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and protects your information when you use the CashCaptre website at cashcaptre.com and the CashCaptre mobile application (together, the "Services"). By using the Services, you agree to this Policy.

The Services are intended for users who are 18 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a person under 18 has provided us information, contact us at info@cashcaptre.com and we will delete it. We comply with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Tool purchases, prize-pool entries, and cash-outs are processed by Stripe. Stripe handles your card and bank details under its own privacy terms; we do not store your full card numbers.
If you provide your phone number and consent, we may send you automated text messages about launches, hunts, and your account. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Reply STOP to unsubscribe at any time, or HELP for help. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of using the Services.
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as follows:
If you pre-register for a College Campus Hunt through a student organization or student government, any student-record information involved is handled in line with the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA) and applicable agreements with the institution. We use campus pre-registration data only to operate the campus hunt and verify eligible participants.
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information, to opt out of certain processing, and to not receive discriminatory treatment for exercising these rights. California residents have rights under the CCPA/CPRA, and residents of the EU/UK have rights under the GDPR. To make a request, email info@cashcaptre.com. You may also unsubscribe from marketing emails and texts at any time.
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information, and we store secrets and credentials securely. No system is perfectly secure. We keep your information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Services, comply with law, resolve disputes, and prevent fraud; location data is kept only as described above.
We may update this Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version here with a new effective date and, for material changes, provide additional notice.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a legal agreement between you and CashCaptre LLC ("CashCaptre," "we," "us"). They govern your use of the CashCaptre website and mobile application (the "Services"). By creating an account or using the Services, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy and Official Rules. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
You must be at least 18 years old and a legal resident of the United States to use the Services, and you must use them only where permitted by law. You may hold one account per person and must provide accurate information.
CashCaptre is a skill-based competition. Outcomes are determined by navigation, speed, puzzle-solving, and strategy — not by luck or chance. No purchase is necessary to play or win. For any hunt that offers a paid entry, a free Alternative Method of Entry (AMOE) is always available, as described in the Official Rules. CashCaptre is not gambling and is not a lottery.
In-app tools are skill-balanced — they sharpen an edge but never guarantee a win. Tools may be purchased or, optionally, unlocked by choosing to watch an advertisement. Ads are strictly opt-in; CashCaptre never forces ads.
You agree not to:
You are responsible for your own safety while hunting. Obey all laws, traffic signals, posted signs, and private-property rules. Do not hunt while driving. Do not enter dangerous or restricted areas. CashCaptre is not responsible for any injury, loss, or damage that results from your participation in a hunt or your travel to any location.
The Services, the CashCaptre name and logo, and all related content are owned by CashCaptre LLC and protected by trademark, copyright, and other laws. The CashCaptre™ trademark has been filed with the USPTO, and the underlying hunt technology is proprietary to CashCaptre LLC. You may not copy, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from the Services. You grant CashCaptre a limited license to use content you submit (such as gameplay footage or a winner release) to operate and promote the Services.
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available." We do not warrant that GPS, maps, connectivity, or device functions will be accurate or uninterrupted, and we are not responsible for losses arising from GPS inaccuracy, device failure, or third-party services.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CashCaptre and its members, officers, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim relating to the Services will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us in the prior twelve (12) months or $100.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CashCaptre from claims arising out of your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Iowa. Any dispute will be resolved by binding individual arbitration, and you and CashCaptre waive the right to a jury trial and to participate in a class action, except where prohibited by law. Arbitration will be administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its then-current rules.
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be posted here with a new effective date and, where appropriate, additional notice. Continued use after changes means you accept them.

Open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and D.C. who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and members of CashCaptre LLC and their immediate family and household members, and any sponsor of a specific hunt and its employees, are not eligible to win that hunt. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.
CashCaptre is a game of skill. To complete a hunt, a participant follows a sequence of clues, navigates to real-world GPS checkpoints, and is the first to physically reach the capture zone and successfully complete the capture. Outcomes depend on the participant's navigation, speed, puzzle-solving, and strategy — not on luck or chance. Capture order is determined by server-recorded timestamps; the Sponsor's server clock is the official timekeeper.
To enter any prize-pool hunt for free, open that hunt in the CashCaptre app during its entry window and select "Free Entry (AMOE)" — no payment required — or mail a 3"x5" card printed with your full name, email address, phone number, and the exact name of the hunt to: CashCaptre LLC, 441 4th St, Clutier, IA 52217. Mailed entries must be received before that hunt's entry deadline. Free (AMOE) entries are subject to the same eligibility, deadlines, and skill requirements as paid entries and have an equal opportunity to win. Limit: one entry per person per hunt, and one entry per person, per device, and per IP address for pre-launch and voting activities.
Prizes vary by hunt and are described at the point of entry (for example: individual hunt cash prizes; monthly city-leaderboard prizes; Apex and Legend tier prizes; the annual World Hunt grand prize of $100,000+ in cash and/or experiences). The approximate retail value (ARV) of each prize is stated for that hunt. Cash prizes are credited to the winner's CashCaptre wallet and may be withdrawn after identity and age verification. Prizes are non-transferable. No substitution except by the Sponsor.
For any hunt or promotion with prizes valued over $5,000, the Sponsor will register and post any required bond in the states that require it (Florida, New York, and Rhode Island) before that promotion opens, or that promotion will not be offered to residents of those states. Such promotions are void in any state where the Sponsor has not completed required registration.
The pre-launch hunt is a free promotional skill activity. By completing the four-step social clue chain and the human-verification step, an eligible participant earns CashCaptre wallet credit as described at the time of the offer (for example, $10 for following all official CashCaptre social accounts, $10 for completing registration, and a $5 bonus for the fastest 100 verified finishers, for up to $25 total). Completion times are recorded server-side. Credits are redeemable upon public app launch, require a verified account, and may have an expiration period. One entry per person, per device, and per IP address.
Potential winners must verify identity and age (18+) and may be required to sign an affidavit of eligibility and a liability/publicity release where lawful. Winnings of $600 or more in a calendar year may require a Form 1099 and a completed W-9. Failure to verify or respond within seven (7) days may result in disqualification and an alternate winner being selected.
All federal, state, and local taxes on prizes are the sole responsibility of the winner.
The Sponsor may modify, suspend, or terminate any hunt or promotion, or disqualify any participant, in the event of fraud, cheating, GPS spoofing, technical failure, or other cause that corrupts the administration, security, or fairness of the promotion, or for legal or operational reasons. If a promotion cannot be completed as planned, the Sponsor may, at its discretion, select winners from eligible entries received or cancel the promotion, in which case affected wallet credits hold no cash value. The Sponsor's decisions are final on all matters relating to the promotions.
By participating, you release CashCaptre LLC and its members, officers, agents, and any hunt sponsor from any liability for any injury, loss, or damage arising from participation, travel to any location, or acceptance or use of any prize. You are solely responsible for your safety; obey all laws and do not trespass or enter unsafe areas.
These Official Rules are governed by Iowa law. Any dispute will be resolved by binding individual arbitration as set out in the CashCaptre Terms of Service, except where prohibited by law.
